Block Hours IT Support
Remain in control of how much IT support you use by pre purchasing a block of support hours to ensure you have access to the support when you need it!
There are no locked in contracts. Get access to a team of expert technicians who can support your team when you need it most. Our team are experienced across many technologies and products, and they know how to get the best resolution to your IT problems though years of experience.
Inspired ICT can fit into your school and provide the support you need when you need it. Block Hour IT support allows you to manage your support on your terms. Block hours can be used for service desk, infrastructure support, managed services, installations: anything IT related that you need.




Scheduled IT Support
With our Scheduled IT Support option, the school purchases a set support plan based on regular site visits.
All support work is done at pre-arranged intervals; depending on the plan chosen. Additional and emergency onsite call outs are still possible and paid for on an ad-hoc basis.
We aim to resolve as many issues as possible at every visit and to help us, we encourage schools to list the support issues in advance so that we can best prepare.
This option suits schools where there is no technician on site and schools that have tight budgets but need an onsite engineer for either half or full days.
Unlimited IT Support
With our Unlimited Remote IT Support option, you can log an unlimited number of support calls, which we aim to resolve using our remote control software, over the phone or via email.
There are a large number of issues that can be resolved using the latest remote support tools available to us.
Whilst we aim to resolve everything remotely, this is not always possible. A technician can still be sent to site, and paid for, on an ad-hoc basis or take up the unlimited onsite option for complete peace of mind.
This option suits schools where there is a knowledgeable technician on site, who requires some technical assistance from time to time, or schools on very tight budgets.
Together with the unlimited on-site option it suits schools who do not have their own technician and want fixed cost support.




Full Managed Support
If you want full peace of mind at a fixed cost, then Fully Managed Support is the way forward. For a fixed yearly cost we take care of ALL your IT support needs, including:
- Proactive server monitoring

Data backup & disaster recovery: complete server imaging,
not just the files and folders
- Windows updates and patching
If any of the above options don’t suit, we also create a bespoke IT support package to suit your school’s requirements.
